Kristen Morris, HR Manager

Kristen Morris is the Human Resources Manager for Springboard. In her current role she plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization’s human resource function, participates in the development of the organization’s plans and programs as a strategic partner with a focus on the perspective of the impact on people. Kristen also partners to translates the strategic and tactical company business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.

Kristen holds a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island, maintains her SHRM HR Professional certificates and is currently working towards her MBA from Fitchburg State University.
